By booking a session, attending a workshop, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Bookings and Deposits
- A 15% deposit is required to secure your session when booking online.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full deposit refund. You may also reschedule and apply your deposit toward a future session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations may be rescheduled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to show up for your session without prior notice forfeits your deposit.
Session Conduct
We want every session to be productive and safe. By booking, you agree to:
- Show up on time or communicate if you'll be late
- Treat the studio, gear, and staff with respect
- Not damage equipment or the space
- Not use the studio for illegal activity
- Bring only invited guests to your session
We reserve the right to end a session without refund if these terms are violated.
Ownership of Recordings
You own the rights to the audio you record at MRG Recordings, subject to payment in full for your session. We retain the right to use anonymized session excerpts (clips without recognizable vocals or lyrics) for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Mixing and Mastering Services
- Mixing pricing ($50–$150 per track) is quoted before work begins, based on stem count, production complexity, and turnaround.
- Revisions are included until the mix is approved, within reason. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive scope changes.
- Final files are delivered after full payment is received.
Workshops
Workshops are donation-based. Space is limited and first-come, first-served once a date is confirmed. If you sign up and can't make it, please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Liability
You use our services at your own risk. MRG Recordings is not liable for:
- Personal items left in the studio
- Loss of files not promptly backed up by you after your session
- Injury sustained through improper use of equipment
We take reasonable care of your audio files for 30 days after your session. After that, we may delete session files. Keep your own backups.
Intellectual Property
The MRG Recordings name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
